This may be an odd question. But has there been any “leaks/previews/hints” or otherwise that this new Album was on its way, in the months running up to the big reveal a couple of weeks ago?

I seem to remember pouring over this site, prior to previous releases – the last being +- Obviously. And In the years running up to +- we were introduced to songs or passages from the upcoming album. I haven’t seen/heard anything on this. And I am surprised.

Did I totally loose my edge on keeping up with Mew News – or was it a total surprise to everyone else as well?
